These terms govern your use of Esseeoh (esseeoh.com), operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Bangalore, India ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Esseeoh connects to your YouTube channel, automatically identifies long-form videos, generates short-form clips with AI-written SEO metadata, and publishes them to YouTube as Shorts on your behalf, subject to the usage limits of your plan.
You must connect a YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you connect and for complying with YouTube's own policies and Community Guidelines for anything published through Esseeoh. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Trial costs $19 once and covers up to 2 videos (up to 5 clips each) on 1 channel for 7 days. It does not renew automatically. Creator ($69/month) and Pro ($169/month) have monthly usage limits as described on our pricing page. Monthly subscriptions are billed via Dodo Payments and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use Esseeoh to process content you don't have rights to, to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
Titles, descriptions, and hashtags are generated automatically using AI. While we aim for accuracy and quality, you're responsible for reviewing published content and can adjust settings or remove any Short from your channel at any time via YouTube directly.
Esseeoh is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific view counts, growth, or performance outcomes — results depend on factors outside our control, including YouTube's algorithm and your content's audience fit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Esseeoh, including any impact on your YouTube channel.
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or YouTube's policies.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
