Esseeoh ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information you provide (email, name)
• YouTube and Instagram account data you authorize us to access, including channel info, video metadata, and OAuth tokens needed to publish content on your behalf
• Usage data related to your use of the Esseeoh service (videos processed, clips generated, subscription status)

How we use it

• To operate the core service: detecting your videos, generating clips, and publishing to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels on your behalf
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates
• To improve our product

Data sharing

We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Esseeoh, including Mosaic (video processing), YouTube, and Instagram/Meta APIs, and payment processing via Dodo Payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@esseeoh.com.

Your rights

You can revoke Esseeoh's access to your YouTube or Instagram account at any time directly through Google or Instagram's own account settings.
